A: Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM.
Q: Do you allow smoking on property? In the rooms?
A: We are 100% NON-SMOKING. Smoking is permitted in designated areas only
Q: Do you offer high speed Wi-Fi Internet access? How much do you charge?
A: Wireless internet access is complimentary, and it is available throughout the entirety of the hotel.
Q: Do you offer breakfast? Is it included in my room rate?
A: The Southern Oaks Inn offers a delicious country buffet breakfast, served hot every morning. It is complimentary.
Q: Do you have a fitness center?
A: We currently do not have a fitness center or exercise room on property.
Q: Do you have a business center?
A: We do offer a complimentary business center 24 hours a day.
Q: Do you have an onsite ATM?
A: Yes, we do.
Q: Do you offer guest laundry?

A: Yes, we do. Our swimming pool is open during daylight hours only.

A: We are located 1.5 miles from Downtown St. Augustine and the historic district.
Q: Do you have onsite parking? Is it included in my room rate?
A: Yes, we offer free parking on property.

Q: Will your rooms allow rollaways/cribs? Is there a charge?
A: Upon availability, we offer complimentary rollaways/cribs in our 1 King Bed rooms only.
Q: I booked on a website other than the hotel website and I need to make a change to my reservation. How do I do this?
A: If your reservation was not made directly through our hotel, you must contact your online travel agency.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: You may cancel your reservation up to 48 hours prior to your arrival date without penalties. After this grace period, you are responsible for one night's charges. This includes no shows and early departures.
Q: Is a picture ID required at check-in?
A: A valid, government issued picture ID must be presented at check-in and must match name on Credit Card.
Q: What is the minimum age requirement to check into the room?
A: Guests must be 21 years or older with valid identification to reserve and check into our hotel.
Q: Do you have connecting rooms?
A: We do not have adjoining or connecting rooms. If available, we can always offer to assign rooms next to each other.
Q: Do you have accessible rooms?
A: Yes, we do. These rooms feature roll-in showers with support bars.

Q: What type of rooms can I book at the Southern Oaks Inn?
A: We have 2 types of accommodations: rooms with 1 King Bed and rooms with 2 Queen Beds.
Q: What amenities do the rooms offer?
A: Our rooms feature laminate wood floors, microwave, mini refrigerator, coffee maker, telephone, alarm clock, and flat screen television.

Q: Are pets allowed? Are there restrictions for weight, height, or type?
A: No, we are only dog-friendly! Please be advised that the room rate with a dog is $15 above the daily room charge. Up to two dogs are permitted in a room, with no restrictions in weight, height, or type.
Q: Do you have dog free rooms for those with allergies?
A: Yes, we do. Only a separate block of rooms on one side of our property is dog-friendly. The rooms on the opposite side are completely dog free.
Q: Do you have a pet run area?
A: Yes, we do. Your dog is more than welcome to play freely in our fenced-in dog run.
