Hotel Policies at Southern Oaks Inn

Terms & Conditions

• Hot buffet breakfast (dine-in only), parking, and Wi-Fi are included.
• Guests under the age of 21 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
• The full amount plus USD 100 will be authorized at check-in for incidental charges. Upon check-out, the total balance will be charged to the provided card, and any additional authorized funds will be released by the property. These funds may be available in 5 to 7 business days depending on bank policies.
• There is a $25 service fee per night that is applicable to all reservations.
• All rooms are completely non-smoking. A $150 cleaning fee will be charged if smoking occurs in a room. Designated smoking areas are available outdoors.
• All prepaid reservations are considered non-refundable within the 48-hour cancellation policy.
• Please note a maximum of 2 dogs are permitted per room. Dogs must be attended at all times, unless crated. Dogs must be leashed in all public areas. A $25 fee is applicable per day per accommodation.
• All reservations will be guaranteed by a CREDIT CARD.
• We will seek authorization on CARD used to cover your room 48 hours before arrival in accordance with the cancellation policy.
• If your card is found invalid during this authorization, your reservation will be subject to cancellation.

Cancellation Policy

• Our cancellation policy is 48-hour notice prior to check in. The first night’s rent will be retained by the Southern Oaks Inn.
• This policy does not apply to non-refundable reservations.

Shuttle Policy

• Our shuttle will only take you to and from downtown.
• The shuttle will run from 10am to 10pm every day.
