An Update for our Guests


We would like to thank you in advance for your patience and cooperation in this transitional time.

Here are some of the things we are doing to assist in keeping our property clean, sanitary, and safer for you.

1. We are using a disinfecting fogger after each checkout along with UV treatment to all high touch areas.

2. We are using a new floor cleaner with disinfecting properties. Unfortunately, the side effect of this cleaner is it tends to make floors appear dirty leaving a slight haze even after we clean.

3. Due to the nature of our guests coming to visit from various locations around the world, it is recommended that you wear a mask, although it is not required.

We kindly ask that you help us in the following ways.

1. At Check-in:

a. Please use our messaging service when possible, for questions and requests.

b. Please be sure to verify your email address is accurate.

c. Please be patient; things may move slower than you would like as we are being more cautious. Our staff is navigating new procedures.

2. During your stay:

a) Please do not congregate outside your room or leave items outside your room. These items will be considered abandoned and removed by staff.

b) Be courteous of other guests and try to keep to social distance recommendations.

c) Try to be patient, and understanding, we are doing our best with the resources we have available to us and will do all we can to be accommodating.

3. At Check-out:

a) Please send us a message that you are leaving.

b) Leave your keys on the desk in the room, we will email a receipt.

c) There are no late checkouts being offered at this time.

Again, we thank you for your patience and understanding. Your safety and the safety of our staff is extremely important to all of us here, we will not hesitate to act, to keep our guests and staff safe at all times.
