We would like to thank you in advance for your patience and cooperation in this transitional time.Here are some of the things we are doing to assist in keeping our property clean,sanitary, and safer for you.
1. We are using a disinfecting fogger after each checkout along with UV treatment to all high touch areas.
2. We are using a new floor cleaner with disinfecting properties. Unfortunately,the side effect of this cleaner is it tends to make floors appear dirty leaving a slight haze even after we clean.
3. When possible,we are keeping guests as spread out as possible.While trying to accommodate all guest requests.
4. All common areas are being cleaned more often than normal and surfaces are sanitized.
5. Only the person the reservation is under may enter the lobby to check in.
6. Please stay behind the partitions while at the Front Desk.
7. All guests MUST wear masks while in line for breakfast and at the Front Desk.
We kindly ask that you help us in the following ways.
1. At check in:
a. Please use our messaging service when possible for questions and requests.
b. Please be sure to verify your email address is accurate.
c. Please be patient, things may move slower than you would like as we are being more cautious. Our staff is navigating new procedures.
2. During your stay:
a. Please do not congregate outside your room or leave items outside your room. These items will be considered abandoned and removed by staff.
b. Be courteous of other guests and try to keep to social distance recommendations.
c. Try to be patient, and understanding, we are doing our best with the resources we have available to us and will do all we can to be accommodating.
3. At Check out:
a. Please send us a message that you are leaving.
b. Leave your keys on the desk in the room, we will email a receipt.
c. There are no late checkouts being offered at this time.
